India, Sept. 15 -- India's largest renewable energy producer, has switched on the first phase of battery storage at its Rajasthan FDRE site 53.63 MW/300 MWh, with the rest of the project still under construction. It's a modest number on its own, but it lands right as the company is trying to hit an upgraded full-year storage target it set only a few months back. What happens with the remaining capacity at this site will say a lot about how that broader plan is actually tracking.
