Bengaluru, July 9 -- The Indian stock market witnessed several block deals, bringing eight stocks into focus after large-scale buying and selling activity by institutional investors and funds. The transactions were spread across sectors such as banking, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, technology, tourism, and financial services.

The deals reflected significant ownership changes, with investors closely tracking institutional participation and share movements. The combined value of these transactions crossed Rs 2,300 crore, highlighting increased activity in select stocks.
