India, Sept. 24 -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky delivered his fourth United Nations General Assembly address as a wartime leader on Wednesday, acknowledging that Ukraine's sustained emphasis on weapons and military defence often obscures the fundamental reality underpinning the conflict, that Kyiv did not elect to engage in warfare but rather chose national survival.
