India, Aug. 17 -- Wyoming voters head to the polls tomorrow to fill an unusually crowded slate of open statewide offices, including the governor and an open US Senate seat, in a Republican-dominated state where the primary election, rather than November's general election, will decide the outcome of most races.
Most of Wyoming's elections will effectively be decided in tomorrow's primary, held on Tuesday, 18 August, given the state's overwhelming Republican registration advantage, according to analysis published by law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. The state's general election follows on 3 November.
