India, April 17 --  Trinamool Congress national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee on Friday mounted a strong attack on the BJP while addressing a public rally in Sabang, asserting that strict action would be taken against those accused of threatening and assaulting a local woman along with her two-year-old daughter.

Speaking at a Janasabha held at Temathani Pallyshree Rice Mill Ground, Banerjee referred to the alleged assault on Sathi Gorai Kuila and claimed that BJP workers were behind the incident.
