India, Aug. 8 -- The Women's Africa Cup of Nations 2026 has reached a decisive stage, with four places at the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup now on the line. The quarter-finals in Morocco will determine which teams advance to the last four and secure direct qualification for the global tournament in Brazil.

The competition doubles as Africa's World Cup qualifying tournament, making every quarter-final particularly important. The four semi-finalists will claim the continent's automatic berths at the 32-team World Cup, scheduled to take place from June 24 to July 25, 2027.
