India, Sept. 28 -- Vithya Ramraj and Anu Raghavan will be in action in the women's 400m hurdles final at the Asian Games 2026 in Aichi-Nagoya on Monday, September 28, looking for medals at the Nagoya City Mizuho Park Athletic Stadium.

Vithya enters the final after clocking a season-best 55.73 seconds in the qualification round. She finished second in Heat 1, just 0.44 seconds behind Kazakhstan's Adelina Zems, who topped the heat. The result secured Vithya an automatic qualification spot for the final. Anu Raghavan also finished second in her heat, clocking 55.84 seconds to book her place in the final alongside her compatriot.
