India, May 20 -- PM Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump are expected to attend the upcoming G7 Summit in France next month, sparking speculation over a possible high-profile bilateral meeting between the two leaders.

French President Emmanuel Macron has invited PM Modi to participate in the summit as a special guest, while the White House has confirmed Trump's attendance at the June 15-17 gathering in Evian-les-Bains.
