India, June 25 -- After the T20I and ODI leg, Sri Lanka and West Indies will lock horns in a two-match Test series, beginning at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua. Both sides will look to shake off the rust, having not played red-ball cricket for a few months now.

The two sides last locked horns in Test cricket against one another was in the year 2021, with Sri Lanka emerging victorious convincingly in both matches. Sri Lanka also hold a superior record against the Caribbeans in Test cricket, winning 11 out of the 24 red-ball matches played. With the series being part of the 2025-27 cycle of the World Test Championship (WTC) too, it will be important especially for Sri Lanka.
