India, June 22 -- The Nasdaq Composite declined by 1.1% on Monday amid declines in stocks of Google parent company Alphabet, online retail giant Amazon, social media site Meta Platforms and Elon Musk's SpaceX. Despite falling crude oil prices and ongoing negotiations for peace between the United States and Iran, the negative performance of the technology sector weighed heavily on the tech-dominated index.
