India, Sept. 29 -- Following the sudden death of Hollywood actress Hayden Panettiere, her former fiance Wladimir Klitschko has now taken a legal step concerning their 11-year-old daughter, Kaya. The retired heavyweight boxing champion has filed a petition in Los Angeles where he sought temporary guardianship of Kaya's estate, with the move focused on protecting the inheritance she is set to receive from her late mother.
