India, Aug. 14 -- Selena Gomez and her mother Mandy Teefey are facing a new lawsuit linked to Wondermind Global, the mental health company they co-founded. According to a report by TMZ, two companies that invested in the business have accused Wondermind Global, Gomez, Teefey and former business partner Daniella Pierson of misleading them about the company's financial health and ability to build a successful platform.

The lawsuit claims the investors put more than $1 million into the business based on representations about its leadership, infrastructure and future prospects.
