India, Sept. 25 -- James Copenhaver, one of the spectators injured in the July 2024 assassination attempt on former presidential candidate Donald Trump during his campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, has passed away at 76 years old. Copenhaver succumbed to death on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, as disclosed by his family's lawyer and the Allegheny County Medical Examiner. Copenhaver's attorney, Joseph Feldman, added that Copenhaver died with his beloved ones around him.
