India, June 24 -- The world saw yet another great achievement from Cristiano Ronaldo on 23rd June 2026, where he managed to break yet another historic record of Portuguese football by surpassing Eusebio's record of being the top goal scorer in the FIFA World Cup for Portugal. Cristiano Ronaldo broke the record when he scored his 10th goal in the World Cup as his team won 5-0 against Uzbekistan. The record was held for more than 60 years after Eusebio scored the last of his 12 goals in the 1966 FIFA World Cup.
