India, Aug. 21 -- British rapper and YouTuber Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is set to face a retrial on three rape charges in Australia after a jury was unable to reach verdicts on those counts, BBC reported.

The development comes after he was acquitted of three other rape charges as well as one assault charge and one strangulation charge. He was found guilty of two counts of assault for which sentencing will take place after the retrial.

Barrientos has denied all 10 charges brought against him. He is due to appear in court on August 27 for an application to vary his bail, while a date for the retrial has not yet been fixed.
