India, June 30 -- Ukrainian businessman and billionaire Vadim Ermolaev was seriously injured after a suspected backpack bomb exploded at a luxury apartment building in Monaco. His wife reportedly lost both feet in the blast, while their 13 year old son escaped with minor injuries. The blast happened at the entrance of a luxury residential building on Rue Reverend Pere Louis Frolla, close to the French border. Authorities believe the explosion was a deliberate attack and have launched a major investigation to identify the suspect.
