India, June 19 -- Former The Traitors contestant Sam Little has lost £40,000 (approximately Rs 49.85 lakh) in a phishing scam. He recently revealed that the stolen money represented years of savings that he and his wife had planned to use in the future.

The 35-year-old reality TV star, who appeared on the BBC competition series earlier this year, described the experience as "gut-wrenching" and said the loss has had a major impact on his life. Little has now decided to speak publicly about what happened in the hope of warning others about how sophisticated online scams can be.
