India, Sept. 21 -- Presley Gerber, the son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, has died at the age of 27. According to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner records obtained by People, Presley died on Sunday, September 20, at a rehabilitation facility.

A representative for Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber and Presley's sister Kaia Gerber told the outlet, "The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time."

An autopsy has not yet been completed, according to TMZ, and a cause of death has not been publicly released.

Presley's death has also brought attention to his family including his younger sister Kaia Gerber, who has built a career of her own in fashion and Hollywood.
