India, Sept. 17 -- Maura Higgins has already made her mark on Dancing With the Stars. The Love Island star made her Season 35 debut alongside professional partner Mark Ballas on Wednesday night, and the pair immediately landed at the top of the women's leaderboard. Higgins and Ballas performed a Foxtrot to Alannah Myles' "Black Velvet" and scored 21 out of 30, with Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli each giving them seven points.

Higgins and Ballas gave their performance a Traitors-inspired theme, while Rob Rausch and Lisa Rinna were in the audience. Rausch famously betrayed Higgins during The Traitors Season 4 finale before the two eventually made up.
