India, March 26 -- The death of Jarvis Butts, a man who was found guilty of the murder of a 13 year old girl in Detroit, has brought up the bitter issues of justice, reconciliation and responsibility. A prison official identified Butts, 43 years old, who was convicted a few weeks earlier, as dead in an apparent suicide in a prison cell. It develops because the family of the victim is still in need of answers especially concerning the location of the body of their daughter.
