India, March 27 -- US figure skating star Ilia Malinin has made an incredible comeback and topped the world figure skating championships after a troubled Olympic performance. The 21 year old scored a personal-best of 111.29 in the short program to give him a nine-point advantage over his competitors and a promise of being back to the top. Being the so-called Quad God, the performance of Malinin in O2 Arena Prague demonstrated his strength and restored self-esteem.
