India, June 18 -- If there was one major complaint about Season 2 of HBO's House of the Dragon, it was Daemon Targaryen who spent much of his time trapped in visions and haunted by ghosts of the past. Even Matt Smith knows fans have been waiting to see a different side of the rogue prince and according to him, that wait will be finally over in the Season 3.

"He's back in the belly of the beast," Smith said during a conversation on Today. He teased a far more aggressive and battle-ready Daemon this season.

"He has got his sword in his hand, blood on his soul. Back fighting wars and back doing what he does." In short, expect less wandering through Harrenhal and more chaos with more dragons.
