India, Oct. 28 -- Excitement over the global music star Diljit Dosanjh's concert that is scheduled to take place on October 30th at Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium has hit such an all-time high that safety measures are now being taken. It is estimated that more than 20 thousand people would attend the concert, thus creating problems concerning crowd management. The Delhi police were apprehensive about granting permission for the concert because of the heavy law-and-order challenges posed during the festive season.
