India, May 15 -- The Madhya Pradesh High Court has ruled in favour of the Hindu side, by declaring the disputed historical site of Bhojshala is a temple dedicated to Goddess Saraswati. In a landmark judgement, the High court set aside the order passed by the Archaeological Survey of India(ASI) in 2003 by allowing Muslims to offer namaz on Friday on the disputed land. The Court, however, asked Muslim community to submit the application for alternative land to construct a mosque.
