India, Oct. 2 -- Actor Chad Lowe and his wife Kim Painter are mourning the death of their 13-year-old daughter Fiona, whose manner of death has now been ruled a suicide. Fiona was pronounced dead at 1:14 AM on Tuesday, September 29, at a local hospital, according to a statement from the medical examiner accessed by People. The ruling was made public on Thursday, October 1.
