India, Aug. 23 -- Yash's much awaited film Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown Ups was at the centre of attention at a pre-release event in Hyderabad on Saturday but the evening took an unexpected turn when part of the sound and lighting setup collapsed amid a huge crowd. Several people were injured during the incident.

The event was being held at Malla Reddy University in Medchal, where thousands of fans and students had gathered to see the actor. Videos from the venue showed people crowding near the stage, with some even climbing onto structures as police tried to control the gathering.
