India, Sept. 27 -- A frightening moment unfolded during the second quarter of Oregon's matchup against USC at the LA Memorial Coliseum on Saturday night when quarterback Dante Moore was forced out of the game after taking a heavy hit to the head. Moore was sliding after scrambling when USC linebacker Desman Stephens delivered the late contact, with the play resulting in a targeting call. The Heisman Trophy candidate remained down on the field before medical personnel attended to him.
