India, June 25 -- Six Indian film personalities have received invitations to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the organisation behind the Oscars. The latest list includes filmmaker and composer Vishal Bhardwaj along with some of the biggest names from different areas of Indian cinema. If they accept the invitation, they will officially become Academy members and will be eligible to vote for future Oscar winners.
