India, Sept. 4 -- Vietnam's stock market is performing better today, with the VN-Index bouncing back roughly 1% following Thursday's drop. The benchmark started at 1,819.79 and rose to about 1,847.54, while the HNX Index opened higher before pulling back to near the 282-point mark.
