India, June 1 -- At the age of 15, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's cabinet already looks quite decorated. He may not yet have made his India debut for the senior team, but his performance in the Indian Premier League has raised eyebrows. Despite Rajasthan Royals' elimination from the playoffs, Sooryavanshi took home multiple awards for his batting display throughout the season. He claimed the IPL 2026 Orange Cap as the leading run-scorer, becoming the youngest recipient of the coveted award. His strike rate was also the best this season.

Sooryavanshi was the MVP of IPL 2026 and was also named the Emerging Player of the Season. He also created history by breaking Chris Gayle's record for most sixes in an IPL campaign.
