India, Sept. 1 -- Uttarakhand School Holiday Tomorrow: There is no State-wide Holiday for all schools in Uttarakhand on September 2. School closures are being decided by District Magistrates on a district-wise basis looking at local weather conditions and safety risks. But the Almora district administration has declared a holiday in schools and educational institutions on September 2 on account of incessant heavy rain and likely hazards.
