Top seed Alexander Zverev begins his campaign against Italy's Lorenzo Sonego, while ninth seed and home favourite Taylor Fritz takes on American wild card Darwin Blanch. Former champion Coco Gauff faces Turkiye's Zeynep Sonmez, and rising Filipino star Alexandra Eala will meet local qualifier Mary Stoiana.

Arthur Ashe Stadium will also host Madison Keys, Fritz and Gauff as they begin their singles campaigns.
