India, Oct. 5 -- Latino voters have swung dramatically away from Republican candidates ahead of the November 2026 midterm elections, with new polling from NBC News and Telemundo revealing a decisive 24-point Democratic advantage on Congressional control that represents a complete reversal of Republican gains established during the 2024 presidential election cycle.

The NBC News/Telemundo survey of 800 registered Latino voters, conducted between 21-28 September, found that 59 per cent favour Democratic control of Congress compared to merely 35 per cent supporting Republicans, double the Democratic edge documented at this juncture during 2024 election preparations.
