India, Sept. 16 -- The US Defence Department is dealing with ammunition shortages after months of military operations against Iran, according to a new inspector general report submitted to Congress. The report estimated that Operation Epic Fury, the US name for the campaign, cost approximately $33.4 billion between February 28 and June 30. Of that amount, around $22.3 billion was spent on munitions.
