India, Sept. 27 -- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has said Tehran has lost confidence in negotiations with Washington, arguing that previous rounds of talks were followed by military action and sanctions against Iran.

Pezeshkian, who is in New York for the United Nations General Assembly, made the remarks in an interview with Al Jazeera while responding to US President Donald Trump's comments at the UNGA.
