India, March 25 -- Iran has also categorically declined the proposal by the United States to stop the current Middle East war by offering a 15-point ceasefire which it demands will be imposed on its own terms and time. The Iranian state television Press TV reported that Tehran responded to this by a counterproposal of sovereignty, reparations and guarantee of security. The step is taken amid increased of military actions against Israel and Gulf Arab countries, which are generating concern in the international community over energy supply and stability in the region.
