India, Sept. 30 -- The remnants of Hurricane Polo are now becoming a serious danger for floods across the nation, with more than 100 million Americans in risk of floods from the Southwestern parts of the country toward the Midwestern areas.
According to the National Weather Service, the tropical moisture of Hurricane Polo is merging with the upper-level weather pattern, which is creating ideal conditions for heavy rainfall and flash floods.
