India, Aug. 13 -- The Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has extended the registration deadline for UP NEET UG Counselling 2026. Candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the 85% state quota can now register until August 14, 2026.

The registration portal is available on the official DGME website. Candidates who had not completed their registration by the earlier August 12 deadline can use the extended window to participate in the first round of counselling.
