India, Oct. 24 -- UP MLC Election 2026 Result Date: Uttar Pradesh's graduate and teacher voters are heading to polling stations on Friday, October 23, to elect representatives to 11 seats in the state Legislative Council. The contest covers five graduate and six teacher constituencies, with polling scheduled from 8 am to 4 pm.

A total of 14,81,310 registered voters will choose among 152 candidates across 2,697 polling stations, while authorities have put administrative and security arrangements in place to ensure a peaceful election.
