India, Sept. 21 -- The leaders of the world will be traveling to New York for the high-level week of the 81st UN General Assembly that starts on September 22. An estimated 130 leaders from around the world will speak at the session with wars, geopolitics, artificial intelligence, climate change and economics dominating the agenda.

UN General Assembly 2026 Date and Schedule

The 81st UNGA meeting was initiated on September 8, and the high-level General Debate will begin on Tuesday, September 22 and continue till September 28.
