India, April 26 -- Ukraine's intelligence war against Russia is no longer confined to the battlefield or its immediate neighbourhood. It is now being waged across ports, free trade zones and commercial hubs stretching from the Gulf to Southeast Asia, as Kyiv seeks to track and disrupt the networks feeding Russia's defence industry.
At the centre of this effort is the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, which, according to officials familiar with its operations, has evolved from a largely regional service into a forward-deployed intelligence system operating across multiple geographies. Its objective is not direct confrontation but sustained pressure on the supply chains that allow Russia to maintain its war effort.
