India, Aug. 24 -- In August, most of Britain dealt with its fifth official heatwave, featuring multiple 'tropical nights' and soaring temperatures. But the heat spell is about to end, as the UK's main weather agency, the Met Office has forecasted stormy conditions this week.

Met Office's Latest Forecast

In its latest forecast, weather agency the Met Office forecasted a stormy spell with extremely turbulent conditions. Mark Sidaway, the agency's deputy chief forecaster, said that "While many areas will see dry and increasingly warm conditions at the start of the week, attention is turning to the potential for heavy rain and thunderstorms from Wednesday onwards".

He then added that "As warmer and more humid air moves north across the UK,...
