India, May 3 -- US Africa Command on Sunday launched a large-scale recovery operation off the Moroccan coast after two American troops disappeared during a high-stakes maritime training manoeuvre. A massive search and rescue operation was underway in the Atlantic waters after two service members disappeared during the annual 'African Lion' military exercise.
