India, May 21 -- After nine days of the alleged dowry death of former model Twisha Sharma, her absconding husband, Samarth Singh, filed a petition in the principal bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court seeking anticipatory bail. Twisha's parents also filed a petition to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by a Bhopal court on May 17 to Twisha's mother-in-law and retired judge Giribala Singh. Both Samarth and his mother, Giribala, are the prime accused in the dowry death case.
