India, June 26 -- Reality television personality Tom Sandoval has filed for a domestic violence restraining order against his former girlfriend, Victoria Robinson. The filing comes just weeks after Robinson was arrested after an alleged altercation between the former couple.

The court documents, obtained by People, contain several allegations made by Sandoval where he has accused Robinson of physical abuse, verbal harassment and controlling behaviour during their relationship. He has also sought a separate restraining order against Robinson's father as he claimed that he was involved in the same incident.
