India, July 15 -- Fans hoping to see Robert Pattinson return as Gotham's Dark Knight sooner will have to wait a little longer. The Batman Part II has officially been pushed back once again with Warner Bros. announcing a new release date of February 18, 2028. While another delay may disappoint fans, the studio says the extra time will allow director Matt Reeves and his team to complete post production work without rushing the film.

The sequel has already seen multiple release date changes over the past few years.
