India, Sept. 29 -- Spotify is facing a major outage globally, with users reporting problems accessing and using the music streaming platform on September 29, 2026. According to outage-tracking website Downdetector, more than 15,000 users in the US and over 19,000 users globally have reported disruptions, with complaints rising sharply within a short period.

The outage is affecting multiple parts of Spotify, including the mobile app, music streaming and server connections.
