India, Sept. 20 -- Sharadiya Navratri is one of the most significant Hindu festivals, with devotees worshipping the nine forms of Goddess Durga over nine days. Many devotees observe fasts, perform daily puja and set up a Kalash at home during this period. In 2026, the festival will begin in October with Ghatasthapana, followed by the worship of a different form of Goddess Durga each day. The celebrations will conclude with Vijayadashami, or Dussehra.
