September 1 Rules 2026: ITR, LPG e-KYC, Milk Prices, Airport Boarding Pass Update; Check New Rules And Key Deadlines
India, Aug. 31 -- The beginning of September 2026 comes with several important deadlines and changes for consumers and taxpayers. These include a higher wholesale price for Mumbai's tabela milk and a change in the boarding process for international passengers leaving India. However, not every change being described as a September 1 rule actually begins on that date. The ITR and LPG e-KYC deadlines fall on August 31, while the Reserve Bank of India's revised fixed deposit rules will take effect only from October 1.
