India, Aug. 25 -- Tottenham Hotspur FC have completed the signing of Brazilian winger Savio from Manchester City in a deal worth up to £85 million. The 22-year-old becomes the latest addition to Roberto De Zerbi's squad, with Spurs' summer expenditure now moving beyond £300 million. The Savio transfer also sets a new record for Manchester City's highest-value player sale, eclipsing Julian Alvarez's £82-million switch to Atletico Madrid in 2024. Savio will wear the No.17 shirt at the north London club.
